• Implement and provide consulting for projects focused on the reseller segment, ensuring delivery and adoption of the solutions;
• Conduct analysis and mapping of clients' operational processes, identifying alignment and opportunities for improvement in the contracted solutions;
• Perform system configuration, parameterization, and oversee implementation progress;
• Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops, promoting client autonomy and an improved experience with Agrotis tools;
• Build and maintain consultative, close relationships with assigned clients, working on account maintenance, follow-up, and client retention;
• Support clients in resolving questions and requests, ensuring an efficient, high-quality implementation journey;
• Collaborate with internal teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
