About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and provide consulting for projects focused on the reseller segment, ensuring delivery and adoption of the solutions;
Conduct analysis and mapping of clients' operational processes, identifying alignment and opportunities for improvement in the contracted solutions;
Perform system configuration, parameterization, and oversee implementation progress;
Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops, promoting client autonomy and an improved experience with Agrotis tools;
Build and maintain consultative, close relationships with assigned clients, working on account maintenance, follow-up, and client retention;
Support clients in resolving questions and requests, ensuring an efficient, high-quality implementation journey;
Collaborate with internal teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
Experience with ERP or management system implementations, covering the full cycle from requirements gathering to solution delivery;
Knowledge of process mapping, parameterization, and user training;
Analytical profile, with the ability to identify problems and translate needs into practical solutions;
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams;
