About the role

Monitor the customer's journey to ensure they are using the product or service effectively
Provide training and guidance to maximize product use and help customers achieve their goals
Anticipate potential issues before they escalate, proactively working to find tailored solutions
Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product and service improvements
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the health of the customer relationship
Identify patterns and make data-driven decisions
Serve as the primary point of contact
Build strong relationships and ensure smooth communication with internal teams
Actively work to reduce customer churn
Identify and suggest upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of sales and customer management
Strong conflict management skills
Clear and assertive communication skills for interacting with customers
Empathy to understand customers' needs and challenges
Emotional intelligence to handle different profiles and situations with balance
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Willingness to travel
Technical or higher education completed or in progress in administration, project management or related fields
Familiarity with Agrosys software or other agribusiness management systems (plus)
Experience in customer management (preferred)
