Account Manager

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for Genesis customers, managing day-to-day communications, answering questions, and ensuring they have the support needed throughout the launch process.
• Onboarding & Execution: Drive the cross-functional execution model across BD, product, marketing, and legal to deliver smooth partner onboarding and successful token launches.
• Partner Network Coordination: Identify opportunities to grow the Genesis partner ecosystem and facilitate introductions to drive co-marketing, liquidity, and growth synergies for Genesis projects
• Customer Success Program: Build and scale a structured customer success model for Genesis, including onboarding playbooks, cross functional support models, and reporting standards.**Partner Marketing Support: Liaise between partnerships and marketing teams to deliver co-marketing campaigns, spotlight content, and event support for Genesis partners.
• BD Support: Support the BD team in identifying and onboarding high value Genesis customers
