About the role
- Support farmers and customers via our telephone hotline and by email
- Assist with maintenance of the information platform for sector and project measures
- Review the implementation of technical guidelines
Requirements
- Experience in customer care / hotline support
- Service-oriented with a passion for customer interaction
- Technical affinity; experience with Jira and Confluence
- Preferably experience with CMS (content management systems)
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Willingness to work shifts between 06:00 and 22:00 and on Fridays until 20:00 (rotating early and late shifts)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
