About the role

  • Shape visual storytelling across campaigns, digital platforms, and presentations.
  • Design scalable systems and create original visuals with advanced AI tools.
  • Help define and maintain a consistent, high-quality brand identity.
  • Create marketing materials: digital ads, landing pages, social assets, presentations, email campaigns, and more.
  • Work in Figma to design and deliver scalable layouts and reusable components.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to align visuals with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing design, with a portfolio showcasing digital work.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components).
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging, and brand-consistent visuals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • English proficiency.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in iconography and visual systems design.
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with AI image tools such as Midjourney, Krea.ai, or Flux.
  • Nice to Have: Animation and motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
