Lead cloud architecture design and implementation for a scalable eLearning ecosystem
Build and maintain secure cloud infrastructure supporting Salesforce and enterprise integrations
Develop and maintain architecture design documentation, diagrams, and technical runbooks
Implement and enforce configuration control, change management, and operational best practices
Support integrations across internal and external subsystems using secure cloud patterns
Collaborate with engineering, integration, and program stakeholders to ensure end-to-end platform performance
Apply cybersecurity best practices to cloud deployments and system operations
Ensure platform scalability, availability, and maintainability in a multi-system environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, cloud operations, or cloud infrastructure delivery
Experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure for enterprise environments
Strong understanding of secure cloud architecture and operational best practices
Ability to create and maintain technical architecture documentation and design drawings
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification (Associate or Professional level) preferred
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation
Experience supporting or integrating with Salesforce (CRM/CMS/Experience Cloud) in an enterprise environment preferred
Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid architectures
