Full-stack Engineer

• Provide day‑to‑day BAU support across the AVD environment, including FSLogix, session hosts, image management, and troubleshooting.
• Manage AVD configuration through Intune/Endpoint Manager and Group Policy, covering app deployment, compliance, updates, and patching.
• Monitor and maintain environment performance, health, and capacity, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Lead knowledge transfer to Cloud, EUC, and Support teams, producing documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
• Review and optimise AVD architecture, image strategy, scaling, and security posture, identifying opportunities for performance, cost, governance, and automation.
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Engineering Leads, and Security teams, contributing to technical recommendations and AVD roadmap planning.
