About the role
- Achieve sales targets by responding to inbound requests (customer inquiries, responses to tenders/RFPs, etc.) and proactively generating new opportunities via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Analyze and respond to customer needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through direct contact with end users, and cultivate relationships with new prospects
- Track activity and provide sales forecasts for your territory by keeping our CRM tools up to date
- Manage your sales portfolio
- Collaborate with our field sales and technical teams
Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, etc.)
- Prior experience with analytical techniques in chromatography (GC, LC, HPLC, etc.) and/or spectroscopy
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken French, and a good level of English to communicate internally and follow our technical and sales training
