💰 $110,250 - $183,750 per year
About the role
- Responsible for driving Agilent Technologies' high-performance Mass Spectrometry (MS) systems and solutions into commercial, government and academic institutions in the Chicago area
- Work independently and in a team with Account Managers and Application Engineers
- Carry quota and be compensated for all high-performance LC/MS and GC/MS sales in the specified geography
- Create and develop MS opportunities as well as successful strategies and tactics to sell complex MS-based solutions
- Be part of an elite team of specialists driving Agilent's success in this competitive marketplace
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master's Degree or University Degree equivalent within Biology, Chemistry, BioChemistry, or Molecular Biology, or a Science related field
- 2+ years experience in industry, academia, government or sales
- Experience with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical workflows preferred
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Mass Spectrometry and its applications and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team in a complex matrix environment
