About the role
- Leads Portfolio Governance & PMO for Global Operations.
- Designs and maintains portfolio governance models, standards, and operating rhythms.
- Supports annual and quarterly strategy cycles.
- Provides executive-level execution oversight and insight, owning portfolio reporting, risk, and dependency management.
- Develops dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in portfolio management, PMO, transformation, or operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, MSAT.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
