About the role

  • Work with a team of engineers to deliver feature sets crucial to Revenue growth
  • Design and develop comprehensive automation test scripts and frameworks for A/B testing and personalization workflows
  • Collaborate with centralized testing team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and create effective test plans
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them
  • Mentor QA engineers to deliver better QA coverage and results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in QA and automation development
  • Experience writing exceptional test cases in JIRA, Cucumber, etc.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
  • Experience with setting up test automation with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, React, Java
