About the role

  • Work with a team of engineers to deliver feature set that are crucial to Revenue growth.

  • Develop high quality ETL techniques for seamless data flow between systems.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, high-performance middleware solutions using appropriate technologies (e.g., message queues, service buses, API gateways).
  • Ensure all middleware solutions adhere to security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in implementing middleware or integration solutions
  • Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms (e.g., Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Adobe IO).
  • Deep experience with enterprise messaging systems such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture and service mesh patterns.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Knowledge to evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, space and time
  • Practice in mentoring other engineers and influencing decision makers throughout the organization
  • Consideration of customer impact when making technical decisions
