About the role

Configure, train, and deploy products within the Agilent Software portfolio
Schedule, prepare for, and conduct meetings with customers that are adopting Agilent Software
Communicate timelines to customers and identify any challenges that may interrupt adoption and deployment
Post go-live support
Communicate cross functionally to ensure a smooth deployment
Submit any bugs or feature enhancements
Host user webinars to increase adoption and usage
Document the status of the customer using the Customer Success platform
Participate in regular team meetings
Ability to think outside the box and propose creative solutions

Bachelor’s degree, or comparable experience
2+ years previous experience working with software, or ability to demonstrate ability to train required
Excellent AI and Networking skills
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and foster good relationships
Self-motivated and directed individual
Team-oriented perspective
Demonstrate experience with remote training and work
Basic HTML (helpful but not required)
