About the role
- Support customers with on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Agilent LC/LCMS systems.
- Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations.
- Proactively respond to potential equipment issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or other university-level degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or similar) is highly preferred.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with LC/LCMS systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance, or instrumentation use as an end user.
- Ability to solve high-impact problems related to product availability, typically focused on system or solution-level issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship-building skills are essential.
- A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
