Own the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-wide CI/CD pipelines across the R&D organization
Establish a standardized, scalable platform that accelerates developer productivity and software delivery consistency
Lead adoption of Infrastructure as Code principles across all environments
Drive cloud-native platform capabilities across AWS and Azure environments
Evolve operations from reactive monitoring to predictive, AI-enabled observability
Partner with Security and Compliance teams to embed automated security and compliance controls directly into CI/CD pipelines
Lead and develop global platform engineering and DevOps teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles
Demonstrated experience scaling cloud-based or SaaS platforms in complex, global environments
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior technical stakeholders.
