About the role
- Provide scientific and technical expertise that supports clinical customers across Pathology and Genomics.
- Help customers understand and successfully adopt Agilent solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Field Service, Business Development Management, and other technical teams.
- Deliver training, troubleshooting, and workflow recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent postgraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy, or related area.
- 5+ years of relevant experience working as a Field Application Specialist, researcher, consultant, or laboratory contributor in Anatomic Pathology or Genomics clinical environments.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate scientific and technical concepts clearly in spoken and written form.
- Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset, with the ability to follow structured procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
- Knowledge of project management, SAP, or continuous improvement methodologies is valued.
