About the role

  • Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate contract setup and inventory tracking.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and performance monitoring.
  • Develop tailored service solutions and proposals to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Build and execute account plans to meet financial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Service, Instrument Sales, and Service Sales teams.
  • Promote Agilent’s Asset Management, Enterprise Solutions, and Multi Vendor Services to expand business.
  • Strengthen long term relationships with key customers and represent Agilent professionally in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience in Agilent’s markets or enterprise services (software, IT)
  • Fluent in English is a plus
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Analysis industry (preferred)
