About the role
- Support customers with on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of medical devices
- Proactively respond to potential device or software issues
- Serve as a point of contact for technical questions and product support
- Collaborate with Agilent teams such as Support and Research & Development
Requirements
- Experience as a service technician for medical devices in diagnostics
- Vocational training or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry)
- Strong technical expertise in instrument/device technology
- Excellent German and English language skills
- IT certification (e.g., CompTIA)
- Regular experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
