About the role
- Responsible for selling a comprehensive service portfolio
- Developing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintaining and advancing existing contracts
- Identifying potential business opportunities
- Continuously monitoring contract fulfillment
- Developing creative solutions to meet customer requirements
- Generating new business opportunities and identifying sales leads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
- Ideally 1–2+ years of sales experience with proven success in Agilent’s markets or in enterprise services
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biopharma and chemical analysis industries is a plus
- Motivated to structure daily work from a home office
- Willingness to spend approximately 30% of working time in the field advising customers
- Networking skills to incorporate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English and ability to work well in a team
- Strong presentation, planning and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other IT systems
