About the role
- Join Agilent as the NGS Solutions Director and lead a global team
- Drive strategy into action and develop talent
- Collaborate across functions to deliver high-impact solutions for customers worldwide
- Manage and direct the NGS Solutions team in accordance with the Agilent Director role
- Develop and implement operational policies within team
- Ensure overall budgets, schedules, performance standards are established and attained
- Hold team members accountable to schedules and performance standards
- Develop and implement tactical plans aligned with business strategy
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or Engineering with an understanding of the diagnostic industry
- 5+ years of increasing managerial experience
- Experience in product marketing within the life science industry
- NGS and Genomics experience highly preferred
- Solid business acumen
- Ability to influence at peer level within the organization
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels across the organization
- Structured approach and excellent planning skills
