About the role

  • Manage installed base inventory and oversee contract set-up for assigned accounts
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet diverse customer needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a structured manner
  • Drive account plans to achieve financial targets
  • Collaborate closely with Field Service, Instrument Sales, and Service Sales teams
  • Propose Asset Management, Enterprise Solutions, and Multi-Vendor Services to expand business volume

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience in Agilent’s markets or enterprise services (software, IT)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Analysis industry (Preferred)
