About the role
- Drive process improvements across Americas Sites
- Manage backlog and ensure timely resolution of order-related issues
- Collaborate with various internal teams for smooth order processing
- Maintain clear and comprehensive process documentation
- Act as a liaison between regional and global teams
- Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements
- Provide training and guidance to regional teams
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders for compliance
- Represent Agilent in negotiations with external authorities on trade matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience in inventory management
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and compliance management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage relationships with other operational teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and ERP systems
- SAP experience strongly desired
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment
- Project management skills including creation and maintenance of project plans and stakeholder updates
