Vice President

• Conduct white space and adjacency analysis to identify market entry and expansion opportunities
• Stay on top of macro-economic trends and general market trends of Agilent’s core markets and inform implications for investment thesis and resource allocation
• Characterize market and competitive dynamics by developing deep insight in market structure, customer needs, competitive conduct and financial performance in these markets
• Evaluate market attractiveness for Agilent based on capability and capacity assessment and determine appropriate entry pathways
• In collaboration with Corporate Development, screen and prioritize M&A targets
• Provide market, business and competitive diligence support and assist on detailed financial models and valuations
• Craft presentation materials for executives and board and assist in drafting investment memos
