Responsible for Subregion level Aftermarket service sales business to deliver order commitment and growth w. increasing connection with customers; providing incremental prospecting and driving new business.
Align, establish, and execute service sales strategic and operational sales plan, including sales activities, funnel and forecast review, sales processes, and compliance management, etc.
Capable of identifying business opportunities by deep understanding customer’s needs and working with Service Division & China Customer Service Organization (CSO) teams to formulate and deploy holistic sales plan to effectively capture the identified opportunities.
Lead and develop the service sales team’s capability including both Operating Managers and sales team w. customer centric mindset and accountability.
Work with CSO team to deliver committed service to connected customer accounts.
Collaborates internally and externally on matters related to organizational goals or processes. Synergy as One Agilent to drive business development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent.
Typically 10+ years of relevant sales/service experience in similar industries, with at least 5 years of sales management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of analytical instruments in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or life science industries is preferred.
Experience in leading people, projects, and/or programs in sales, customer service, or business management is highly desirable.
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve desired results.
Strong execution and collaboration capabilities.
