About the role
- Responsible for the ownership, optimization, and governance of People Operations systems and workforce data
- Ensure that UKG and Smartsheet are configured, maintained, and leveraged to deliver accurate data, scalable workflows, audit-ready documentation, and actionable workforce insights
- Enable data-driven decision-making across People Operations and leadership by translating workforce data into meaningful insights
- Own HRIS Configuration and Optimization (UKG)
- Manage system updates, releases, and enhancements in coordination with vendors and IT
- Conduct regular audits of employee data
- Design and maintain workforce dashboards using UKG reporting and Smartsheet analytics
- Manage and support integrations between UKG, Smartsheet, LMS, and other People Ops tools
- Analyze workforce trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, or analyzing HRIS platforms within a People Operations or Human Resources function
- Hands-on experience with HR data management, reporting, and system transactions (e.g., job changes, compensation updates, employee lifecycle events)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
