About the role

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver clear, practical, and development-ready UI designs.
  • Produce design outputs at varying levels of fidelity (from quick wireframes to polished UI) tailored to different audiences such as developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Modernize and refine existing user interfaces and unify them into coherent, redesigned user journeys.
  • Work effectively within an established design system, extending and evolving it as needed while ensuring consistency across products.
  • Translate functional requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-centric design solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews and articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
  • Support discovery, refinement, and planning activities with design inputs that help teams align on scope and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, contributing throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer in a software development environment.
  • Strong proficiency in modern design tools; experience with **Figma** is highly desirable.
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, modern UI patterns, and practical design problem-solving.
  • Ability to quickly produce high-quality design assets suited for both conceptual discussions and implementation.
  • Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, user empathy, and a mindset focused on iterative improvement.
