About the role

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns to drive lead generation in the DACH market
  • Utilise a mix of marketing channels to build awareness and progress prospects through the funnel
  • Collaborate with headquarters to execute localised performance marketing campaigns and strategically place content in diverse media
  • Optimise new and existing partnerships with the Partnerships team
  • Manage field and regional events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics and speaker coordination
  • Communicate plans and details across teams to build strong relationships and alignment
  • Analyse KPIs and insights to target prospects effectively and optimize campaign performance
  • Stay informed on industry trends to target messaging effectively
  • Refine activities to maximise ROI and focus on demo and MRR (monthly recurring revenue) generation
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective enablement and follow-up
  • Cultivate the AGICAP brand as a leading authority in cash flow management software in the DACH market
  • Independently manage projects, including customer video testimonials, from requirements gathering to completion

Requirements

  • Fluency in German, with strong business proficiency, English required as well
  • 3-5 years of experience in a rapidly evolving environment, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector, with a focus on mid-market companies
  • A highly sales-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional project management abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • Ambitious, goal-driven, and hands-on approach to tasks
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a structured manner, effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Enthusiastic team player dedicated to achieving collective success
  • Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures
