About the role
- Responsible for troubleshooting and training related to electrical panels and automated systems
- Responsible for troubleshooting and training for new and existing customers
- Circuit troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, automated program troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, read and write electrical schematics
- Upload and download new or existing programming
- Training customers in operational procedures and troubleshooting
- Assisting in the generation of new electrical panels
- Traveling to customer work sites both domestically and abroad
- Field customer phone calls in a timely and concise manner
- Follow established procedures for safety and monitor safe work habits
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Electronics or related electrical field
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Attention to detail, highly organized and proficient in (MS Office) computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Electrical background with the ability to troubleshoot any circuit or programming issues.
