About the role
- Responsible for all phases of troubleshooting and training related to electrical panels and automated systems.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and training for new and existing customers, which includes but not limited to: Circuit troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, automated program troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, ability to read and write electrical schematics.
- Upload and download new or existing programming.
- Training customers in operational procedures and troubleshooting.
- Assisting in the generation of new electrical panels and any other tasks related to automated systems.
- Travelling to customer work sites both domestically and abroad is required.
- Must be able to field customer phone calls in a timely and concise manner.
- Must demonstrate and follow established procedures for safety and monitor safe work habits of others working in the department.
- Overtime may be required including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Electronics or related electrical field
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Attention to detail, highly organized and proficient in (MS Office) computer applications
- Electrical background with the ability to troubleshoot any circuit or programming issues.
