💰 $150,000 - $190,000 per year
About the role
- Managing a remote sales team including setting, measuring, tracking sales performance and hiring of new sales reps
- Covering the Lower 48 states
- Set individual revenue targets (quotas) and drive their attainment throughout the Area while ensuring profitable sales
- Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market
- Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance
- Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process
- Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with Marketing
- Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct business to business sales management experience
- Advanced Knowledge of targeted territory and understanding of the petrochemical industry
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, strategist, and Analytical
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience
