About the role
- Monitor project progress and, when necessary, adjust scope, schedule, and costs;
- Work directly with stakeholders, maintaining continuous communication about status, risks, and changes;
- Establish and maintain processes for scope management throughout the project lifecycle;
- Define quality and performance standards, as well as evaluate and manage risks;
- Monitor and allocate resources efficiently to optimize outcomes and deliverables;
- Report results, metrics, and risks, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Strong experience with retail clients;
- Experience/knowledge in project management, with emphasis on store expansion/refurbishment projects;
- Network equipment configuration (routers, switches, firewalls);
- Hands-on experience with networks (protocols, routing, VPNs, topologies);
- Configuration and installation of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), email setup, network configuration, printer setup, Wi‑Fi router configuration.
