About the role

  • Design the multi-agent architecture, ensuring efficient orchestration among specialized agents throughout the customer journey;
  • Create and implement specialized AI agents, defining roles, tools and rules for each stage of the e‑commerce experience;
  • Develop and optimize prompts, policies and guardrails to ensure consistent, safe behavior aligned with brand guidelines;
  • Define and operate evaluation metrics, create tests, and monitor performance, latency, cost and response quality;
  • Ensure security, privacy and compliance (LGPD — Brazil's General Data Protection Law), preventing data leaks and protecting against prompt-injection attacks;
  • Produce technical documentation and engineering standards, including agent contracts, prompt templates and operational guidelines;
  • Assist in the evaluation and procurement of third-party tools focused on Generative AI.

Requirements

  • Experience with Azure, Databricks, Data Factory and GCP;
  • Strong background in Software Engineering;
  • Experience with GenAI, LLMs, MLOps, MLMMs, LLMOps, AgentOps and MLflow;
  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation);
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python and Spark;
  • Experience with LangGraph.
