Manage the full lifecycle of supply chain projects
Act as the central link between overseas factories, the Houston operations team, and Bay Area leadership
Analyze lead times, packaging conversions, and logistics costs to improve margins and operational efficiency
Serve as the "Voice of the Company" for key accounts
Partner with sales leadership to manage inbound demand from large retail clients
Maintain and troubleshoot relationships with manufacturing partners in China, Taiwan, and Mexico

Requirements

100% fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal)
3–5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing Coordination, or Project Management
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets
Ability and willingness to travel internationally and domestically approximately every 2 months
Ability to work onsite daily at the Houston/Stafford facility
Previous experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems (nice-to-have)
Experience in consumer goods, paper/plastic packaging, or high-volume retail manufacturing (nice-to-have)
