About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of active clients with a focus on revenue expansion;
  • Identify, plan and drive upsell (new products) and cross-sell (increased volume or complementary services) opportunities;
  • Present customized proposals based on analysis of product usage and the institution's pain points;
  • Hold meetings with school decision-makers and stakeholders, creating value propositions aligned with each institution's objectives;
  • Conduct negotiations and record stages in the CRM with clarity and consistency;
  • Work in partnership with Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to ensure a complete, high-value experience for the school;
  • Monitor conversion metrics, revenue generated and open opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience and interest in B2B consultative sales, especially with existing customers;
  • Familiarity with sales CRM, follow-up processes and pipeline management;
  • Familiarity with the education market;
  • Negotiation techniques and client relationship management.
