About the role
- Manage a portfolio of active clients with a focus on revenue expansion;
- Identify, plan and drive upsell (new products) and cross-sell (increased volume or complementary services) opportunities;
- Present customized proposals based on analysis of product usage and the institution's pain points;
- Hold meetings with school decision-makers and stakeholders, creating value propositions aligned with each institution's objectives;
- Conduct negotiations and record stages in the CRM with clarity and consistency;
- Work in partnership with Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to ensure a complete, high-value experience for the school;
- Monitor conversion metrics, revenue generated and open opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience and interest in B2B consultative sales, especially with existing customers;
- Familiarity with sales CRM, follow-up processes and pipeline management;
- Familiarity with the education market;
- Negotiation techniques and client relationship management.
