Set up and configure the LMS platform to meet the needs of the Support team.
Establish user groups, permissions, and reporting structures that support scalability.
Collaborate with Support leadership and Product to design training pathways for new hires, ongoing skills development, and product updates.
Upload, organize, and refine existing training materials, including documents, videos, quizzes, and guides.
Identify content gaps and partner with the Support team to create new, high-impact materials.
Develop standardized course templates and assessments that promote consistency and quality.
Create content that is inclusive, accessible, and supportive of neurodiverse learners and different learning styles.
Configure dashboards that track training completion, compliance, and performance metrics.
Build feedback loops that encourage continuous improvement of learning materials.
Develop documentation and best practices for system administrators and team leads.
Deliver “train-the-trainer” sessions to empower internal team members and ensure smooth adoption.
Requirements
Proven experience setting up and managing LMS platforms.
Strong understanding of training needs for Support teams within SaaS or tech environments.
Experience integrating systems such as CRMs, ticketing tools, or collaboration software.
Ability to create and adapt training content that is accessible, inclusive, and supports a variety of learning needs.
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Self-sufficiency and comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
**Nice to Have:**
Familiarity with HiBob, Intercom, or Customer Support QA tools such as EvaluAgent.
Experience in Product Marketing or exposure to enablement programs.
Background in Support operations or training design.
Experience building engaging eLearning modules.
Benefits
Our base salary for this role ranges from $91,200 to $136,800 CAD. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
