About the role

  • Ensure N1 support for operations and Wholesale projects.
  • Manage access to internal and third-party systems, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Create and maintain technical project documentation, organizing the wiki and Git repositories.
  • Actively participate in resolving service tickets to address incidents and problems via ITSM.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in systems support and IT operations.
  • Knowledge of access management and information security.
  • Skill in technical documentation and creating user manuals.
  • Familiarity with Telecom projects.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
