About the role
- Support the Product team during a summer of high-impact initiatives, including Free-to-Play (F2P) mechanics, in-app purchase (IAP) designs, educational game design, modeling outcomes and A/B testing.
- Conduct feature and funnel analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimization
- Support A/B test planning and experimentation, including developing hypotheses, reviewing experiment results, and preparing experiment readouts.
- Perform product and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and roadmap planning
- Assist with feature planning, including documenting requirements, drafting specifications, and gathering feedback from stakeholders
- Support product operations and documentation, helping maintain internal product documentation and resources
- Analyze experiment performance and contribute insights to support feature iteration, rollout, or rollback decisions
- Assist with KPI tracking and reporting to support ongoing product monitoring and decision-making
Requirements
- Must be a graduate or 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student, pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Product Management, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Must be available at least 25 hours per week for 10 weeks during the summer internship program
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work in person at our Glendale, CA headquarters a minimum of two days per week
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in using data to inform product decisions
- Familiarity with product experimentation concepts such as A/B testing, hypothesis development, or data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in product management, product strategy, or digital product development
