• Analyze subscription performance and economics: Conduct deep-dive analyses of subscriber acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn to understand and improve the health of the subscription business.
• Forecasting and planning: Build and maintain forecasting models for subscribers, cash, and revenue to support strategic planning.
• Define and track success metrics: Establish and refine KPIs that measure the health of the subscription business and define success for the company.

Senior Data Analyst

Account Executive

• Qualify and generate leads and build strong relationships by proactively engaging, nurturing, and finally closing sales with both cold and warm prospects through consistent outreach efforts
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects to support overall territory and revenue goals
• Set up initial meetings and calls between prospective schools/districts for your Account Executive
• Travel to conferences and conduct site visits for prospective accounts
• Support Account Executive with necessary post-meeting tasks, such as logging activity in SalesForce, sending meeting recap emails, updating proposals, and coordinating follow up calls.
• Proactively seek out new schools/districts within assigned markets to expand overall territory coverage and pipeline growth
• Identify, research, and engage prospective district-level stakeholders to uncover needs, priorities, and buying readiness
• Collaborate with management and marketing on outreach projects

Associate Account Executive

Program Manager

• Develop and execute a state-specific growth strategy for ESA-approved markets where ABCmouse currently has a limited footprint.
• Actively engage with ESA and homeschool communities to educate families on how to use ESA funds for ABCmouse.
• Partner with internal marketing teams to test and scale paid search and SEO campaigns targeting ESA-eligible families.
• Identify and test non-traditional growth channels unique to ESA ecosystems.
• Track performance metrics related to awareness, enrollment, and revenue by state and program.
• Own ABCmouse’s participation in all current and future ESA programs nationwide.
• Manage vendor approval applications, renewals, audits, and compliance requirements across multiple states.
• Lead onboarding and integrations with ESA fund administrators, including: ClassWallet, Odyssey, State-specific platforms (e.g., Step Up For Students – Florida).
• Proactively track upcoming ESA launches and expansions (e.g., Texas and other emerging states) and ensure ABCmouse is prepared to apply and go live as early as possible.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, timelines, and operational status by state.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously improve internal ESA processes.
• Work closely with: Growth Marketing and Social teams, Legal and Compliance, and Customer Support.
• Provide internal guidance on ESA rules, messaging constraints, and best practices.
• Act as the internal subject-matter expert on all things ESA-related

Education Savings Account Program Manager

Customer Success Manager

• Act as the first line of communication for customer inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and friendly support.
• Build strong working relationships with educators, administrators, and program leaders.
• Conduct routine customer outreach to support adoption, usage, and engagement.
• Assist with onboarding processes by preparing materials, coordinating setup, and supporting training sessions led by CSMs.
• Lead introductory or 'refresher' product trainings as proficiency increases.
• Document onboarding milestones and ensure customers are progressing toward successful implementation.
• Log, track, and resolve customer issues while ensuring a smooth handoff to technical teams when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and surface insights to improve internal processes and customer experience.
• Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and potential risks.
• Contribute to customer health reporting and flag at-risk accounts to the Customer Success Manager team.
