• Partner with Product Managers to shape and drive execution of roadmap priorities, translating product requirements into clear and thorough sprint plans and release schedules
• Lead day-to-day development for multiple cross-functional pods, ensuring teams remain aligned and focused on delivering against product priorities
• Drive collaboration across design, engineering, QA, and art disciplines within each pod to ensure on time delivery of sprint commitments
• Own and maintain production schedules, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked and communicated
• Run sprint ceremonies including stand up, refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to maximize throughput for each pod

• Review chatbot conversation logs to identify errors, misrouted topics, and areas where the customer experience breaks down
• Run reports and perform analysis using built-in reporting tools and Excel to track chatbot performance and surface trends
• Evaluate conversations for accuracy, tone, and resolution quality
• Collaborate with the Support Operations team to recommend improvements to chatbot responses, workflows, and conversation design

• Establish software architecture patterns with consistent HA, scale, security, monitoring, and configuration of AWS cloud platform and Linux based containerized environments using orchestration tools
• Lead and coordinate closely with developers and DevOps engineers embedded in development teams working in an Agile framework
• Architect and design production build, release and deployment workflows for end to end mobile and web services automation
• Act as a subject matter expert on DevOps best practices with Cloud Formation, Auto Scaling Groups, and Configuration Management and containerization
• Create DevOps tooling for automating build, release and developer self-service processes using scripting languages like Python or Golang; Support and improve existing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
