About the role

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of AGDATA services and solutions
  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound support channels, including Jira, email, and phone
  • Provide updates, status, and issue completion information to leadership
  • Review point-of-sale transactions and apply business rules for proper processing
  • Understand program logics to provide high-level customer support to Field Sales Team and Customers
  • Communicate effectively with Field Sales Team and Customers
  • Support activities of Fulfillment and Data Operations departments
  • Assist customers in reporting grower sales data via Data Dimensions
  • Think creatively to improve customer experience and internal processes
  • Escalate tickets to appropriate teams based on complexity
  • Focus on learning the business and develop leadership skills

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel Spreadsheets
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Not afraid to talk on the phone with clients
  • Able to explain complex issues simply in verbal and written communication
  • Interface with manufacturer clients at a corporate level
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Work until tasks are completed, including outside standard hours
  • Follow business rules and perform due diligence
  • Participate in in-person collaboration and fulfillment activities
  • Basic SQL skills (if you do not know, you will be taught)
  • Knowledge of Jira Service Desk and Confluence knowledgebase
  • Some experience with Salesforce
