About the role
- Oversee large, complex programs and drive measurable business impact in fast-paced environments
- Provide strategic leadership to bring structure to evolving priorities and ensure execution excellence from design through delivery
- Lead end-to-end program strategy and implementation aligned with business goals
- Design and implement onboarding improvements, customer evidence pipeline, and content readiness initiatives
- Define success metrics and track program performance against KPIs (e.g., renewal rates, content adoption, automation impact)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, GTM, Offering, and Regional Subsidiaries
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and feedback loops for program deliverables
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and transparency
- Identify manual workflows and lead automation efforts using AI and digital tools
- Integrate onboarding, QBR, and customer evidence processes into unified frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and customer feedback
- Oversee creation, localization, and deployment of training materials for internal and external audiences
- Manage Train the Trainer programs and readiness campaigns across segments and geographies
- Ensure delivery of standardized handbooks, learning bytes, and competitive readiness content
- Work in a hybrid model with expectation of being onsite in Redmond, WA when needed; focus on Seattle/greater-Seattle candidates
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working in program management in a corporate work environment, particularly in the technology sector
- Residency in Washington State
- Experience articulating value propositions for services and solutions
- Proven capability in building and refining programs and processes to drive efficiency and scale
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience dealing with ambiguous requests, while able to synthesize information into recommendations across a variety of audiences
- Experience fostering and driving relationships across offerings or relevant business lines
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Project Management frameworks
- Exceptional skills with PowerPoint
