About the role
- Collaborate with directors, designers, and other artists to create high-quality look development, concept designs and animations for films, television, games and other media
- Utilize traditional design software such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere
- Utilize new cutting edge tools such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LoRA, Flux, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Dall-e, Runway Explore and integrate the latest emerging tools and techniques into the creative pipeline
- Participate in R&D initiatives to test new latent space tools and adapt workflows accordingly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in machine learning as they relate to digital artistry
- Provide technical expertise and creative solutions to complex visual and creative challenges
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Generalist or similar role in the media industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design skills and direction
- Proficiency in diffusion based image generation
- Demonstrated interest and experience in neural networks and machine learning technologies related to digital content creation
- Proficiency in traditional design software (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
- Experience with tools such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LoRA, Flux, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Dall-e, Runway Explore
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Preferred: Experience in video editing, sound design, 2d/3d animation, photography and other creative fields
- Ability to work onsite at AGBO's Los Angeles studio
