About the role

  • As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are a central member of our team and play a key role in shaping and implementing our people strategies.
  • You work closely with managers and employees to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide advice and support to managers on all HR-related matters
  • First point of contact for employees
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor law requirements
  • Support change processes and promote an open corporate culture

  • Help design and actively contribute to HR projects and processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Solid knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law (e.g., AVR.HN)
  • High level of initiative and strong organizational skills
  • Team player with a confident manner
  • Excellent user-level knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office
