About the role
- You take responsibility for innovative development projects and actively contribute your expertise and creative ideas
- You systematically identify the qualification and development needs of various professional groups in healthcare and derive appropriate measures
- You independently develop modern, target-group-oriented learning formats for all professional groups – from nursing and medical staff to therapeutic and administrative areas
- You monitor ongoing educational offerings, conduct evaluations and continuously optimize the formats based on current requirements and best practices
- You build a strong network across different professional groups and hospital locations and promote professional exchange
Requirements
- You hold a degree in nursing management or nursing education, and ideally have vocational training as a registered nurse
- You welcome new challenges and are committed to continuous personal and professional development
- You are familiar with modern media and programs such as MS 365 and, if applicable, learning platforms — or are willing to learn them
- You are outgoing, communicative and not afraid to contribute new ideas
- You enjoy working in a team with diverse skills and competencies
- You have an interest in organizational development and personnel development in nursing
