About the role
- Drafting job descriptions and job postings
- Screening applications and coordinating the entire recruitment process
- Developing HR strategies and optimizing workforce planning
- Acting as the point of contact for employees on personnel matters
- Advising managers on HR-related issues
- Managing and owning HR projects
- Ensuring compliance with employment law
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an HR specialist in a dynamic environment
- Degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
- Strong analytical and communication skills with proven leadership ability in HR processes
- Solid knowledge of employment law — ideally also social security and tax law
- Confident user of MS 365 and HR administration systems (LOGA)
- Able to independently plan and organize appointments and work steps
- Continuous improvement of the area of responsibility
