About the role

  • You are jointly responsible with the team for the functional support and further development of our HR system P&I LOGA in payroll and personnel management
  • You take on the subject-matter leadership in day-to-day operations and act as a sparring partner for colleagues
  • As a central point of contact, you resolve troubleshooting cases and actively support technical or functional challenges
  • You accompany and qualify employees on topics related to P&I LOGA
  • You ensure smooth operation of the HR system and contribute to continuously improving the quality and stability of our HR processes

Requirements

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in the HR field, ideally in supporting and developing HR systems
  • Very good knowledge of P&I LOGA or the motivation to further develop these skills
  • Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for HR digitalization and process optimization
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and the ability to inspire people about change
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
