About the role
- Development, planning and implementation of high-quality social media content
- Full responsibility for editorial planning, topic development, copywriting, visual style and content production
- First point of contact for more than 100 AGAPLESION facilities in Germany
- Analysis of relevant KPIs and monitoring of trends
- Collaboration on video and photo productions and campaigns
Requirements
- Vocational training or degree in social media, marketing, communications, media, design or a comparable qualification
- Initial to solid experience in social media management, content creation or employer branding
- Portfolio or work samples
- Confident use of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Enthusiasm for photo and video production
- Structured, independent and collaborative working style
- Communicative, proactive and open-minded
- Enjoyment of networking
