About the role
- Plan, manage and independently implement IT projects
- Install, configure and maintain network, hardware and software solutions
- Ensure the security and integrity of systems
- Analyze incidents and provide solutions in 2nd-level support
- Monitor network and system performance and quickly resolve issues
- Responsible for documenting IT systems and ensuring compliance with service-oriented processes according to ITIL
- Coordinate external service providers and ensure smooth collaboration
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in system administration
- Strong knowledge of operating systems as well as Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 product family
- Solid experience in virtualization and operating complex networks
- Good understanding of IT security and modern workplace solutions
- Interest in IT systems in healthcare and hospital digitalization
- Confident demeanor, team player, clear communication and initiative
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
