- Recruitment and Selection
- - Align candidate profile with hiring managers
- - Post job openings on platforms and social media
- - Screen resumes
- - Schedule and conduct interviews
- - Administer assessments
- - Manage the process through to hiring
- - Provide feedback to candidates
- Personnel Administration
- - Hiring and termination processes (verification and organization of documentation)
- - Timekeeping control and payroll information management (verification and submission of data to external accounting)
- - Benefits administration (enrollments, removals, and reconciliations)
- - Leave and severance management (in partnership with accounting)
- - Ensure compliance with legal deadlines
- - Employee support to clarify questions
- Processes and Metrics
- - Update spreadsheets and systems
- - Prepare reports and presentations for management
- - Organize physical and digital files
- - Support HR projects
- - Update and monitor HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, etc.)
- - Suggest process improvements
- Training and Development / Organizational Culture
- - Support the organization and execution of onboarding and integration for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and structured experience
- - Identify training needs and assist in organizing internal trainings and development initiatives for the team
- - Contribute to culture, employee engagement and climate activities (company celebrations, events, and engagement surveys)
- - Support the creation and execution of internal communications (internal marketing), ensuring the team is well informed about policies, updates and company initiatives
- - Support the administration of performance evaluations and follow-up on results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in:
- - Business Administration
- - Psychology
- - Human Resources Management or related fields
- Office Suite (especially intermediate Excel)
- Knowledge of employment law
- Knowledge of payroll / personnel department routines
- Previous experience in HR (2–3 years)
- Organizational skills and sense of priorities
