About the role

  • Strategic Recruitment and Selection: conduct end-to-end selection processes with a focus on technical and cultural fit, ensuring speed and accuracy in hiring talent.
  • Payroll/Personnel Administration: support accounting with hiring and termination processes, payroll, vacations and other routines, ensuring labor law compliance.
  • Leadership support and organizational culture: advise leaders on people management best practices, contributing to strategic decisions based on HR data and metrics.
  • Employee development and journey: strengthen the employee journey through onboarding, performance monitoring, career planning and development initiatives.
  • Process diagnosis and improvement: propose and implement improvements to HR workflows, policies and tools, focusing on scalability, productivity and employee experience.
  • Monitoring of metrics: track engagement/climate metrics, eNPS, turnover, time-to-hire and propose corrective actions with a strategic perspective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Must reside in the São Paulo metropolitan area.
  • Solid generalist experience in HR, especially in Recruitment & Selection and Payroll/Personnel Administration.
  • Deep knowledge of labor legislation and payroll compliance practices.
  • Analytical, data-oriented profile with critical thinking, focus on continuous improvement and the ability to view HR as a strategic function.
  • Excellent communication skills and an executive demeanor.
  • Organization, discipline, self-management and agility to handle multiple priorities.
